Engage shift system

The CCGT1 combines exceptional road performance with uncompromising track capability. Nearly every body panel has been redesigned to increase downforce and improve cooling.

Its active rear wing automatically adjusts between low drag, air brake and high downforce modes. A large front splitter and sculpted underfloor keep the car aerodynamically balanced, while integrated NACA ducts provide cooling during extended track use

The CCGT1 generates up to 800 kg of downforce at 250 km/h. Consistent aerodynamic performance under braking, cornering and acceleration gives the driver confidence at the limits of grip.

1:1 ratio

The CCGT1 is powered by Koenigsegg’s proven twin turbo V8, producing 1280 hp on pump fuel and 1600 hp on E85 biofuel. A bespoke roof scoop and enhanced cooling systems ensure consistent performance during extended track use.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through the compact, ultra fast Light Speed Transmission. Drivers can choose the standard sequential shifter, designed to deliver rapid shifts with an authentic mechanical feel, or the optional six speed Engage Shift System.

Both systems offer paddle shifting, while the ESS adds a gated manual shifter, clutch pedal and fully automatic mode.
